Section 16(ii) in The Bihar Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Tribunal (Constitution and Procedure) Rules, 2002
(ii)The Tribunal shall fix a date for hearing and notice of the dates fixed for hearing shall be issued to the parties concerned by registered post with acknowledgement in the Form IV annexed to these Rules. A copy of the respondent memorandum of appeal or the plaint shall also be furnished to the respondent or respondents.
