(4)The Conductor shall obtain, from the Heads of the institutions identified as sub- -centres for examinations, the following details,-(a)total number of blocks available in each sub-centre;(b)total furniture available for seating arrangement of candidates;(c)the names of teaching staff to be appointed as Deputy Conductors/Supervisors and other staff required for smooth conduct of the examination;
