Section 31 in Gujarat State Disaster Management Act, 2003
31. Duties of citizens.
- It shall be the duty of every citizen to assist the Commissioner, the Collector or such other person entrusted with or engaged in disaster management whenever his aid is demanded generally for the purpose of disaster management and particularly for the following purposes, namely :-(a)prevention,(b)response,(c)warning,(d)emergency operation,(e)evacuation, and(f)recovery.
