(2)The test shall consist of an examination in:(i)the Indian Registration Act, 1908 and the rules and the table of fees thereunder.(ii)the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, and the Rules thereunder.(iii)the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 and(iv)a standard book on drafting documents.
