(84)"Unsafe building" Unsafe buildings are those which are structurally unsafe, insanitary or not provided with adequate means of egress or which constitute a fire hazard or otherwise dangerous to human life or which are unsafe by reason of inadequate maintenance, dilapidated condition or abandonment.
