Section 10(iv) in Gender Sensitization & Sexual Harassment of Women at District Court, Patan and Courts under the jurisdiction of District Court, Patan (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2013
(iv)Upon consideration of the material on record and the Inquiry Report of the Internal Sub-Committee, if more that two-thirds of the members of the GSICC differ from the conclusion of the Internal Sub-Committee, the GSICC shall, after hearing the aggrieved woman and respondent in person, record its reasons to so differ and take consequent action accordingly.
