Section 13(1) in Andhra Pradesh Oil Palm (Regulation of Production and Processing) Rules, 2008
(1)The Oil Palm Commissioner, on a report made by the Oil palm Inspector either suo moto or upon an application made by any grower or a Growers' Society may pass such orders and issue such directions for inclusion, exclusion or correction of any of the entries in the Growers' Registers as he deems fit after providing a reasonable opportunity to the occupier of the factory.
