(2)an officer of prison. - if introduced into or removed from any prison, or supplied to any prisoner, and such article -(a)has not been issued or sanctioned, for his personal use by proper authority,(b)is not an article of clothing necessary for his personal wear, or(c)has not been placed in his possession by proper authority for introduction into, or removal from, prison or for the purpose of being supplied to any prisoner;
