1. Petitioner appeared in the final year examination of B.Sc (Nursing) from Maa Mangla College of Nursing, Raigarh under the Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial Health Sciences and Ayush University of Chhattisgarh with Roll No.143358, however, result of the said election has not been declared despite communication sent by the college to the university.

2. Considering the limited issue and the nature of prayer made in the writ petition, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the petitioner to move a representation before the respondent No.1 University with copy to respondent No.2 college within a period of 10 days from today and thereafter the University shall consider and decide the representation by a speaking order within next 2 weeks.

3. Shri Shiv Sahu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Shri N. K. Vyas, counsel for the respondent university, undertakes to inform the University about the order passed by this Court.
