12. "Physical Handicapped" means such person who falls under the category of physically handicapped under the definition of Section 2(i) of Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 (1 of 1996) and which is recognized by State Medical Board.
