Section 5(2)(a) in The Haryana Maintenance of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules, 2009

(a)he should be associated with an organisation which is working for the welfare of senior citizen and/or weaker section or in the area of education health poverty alleviation women's empowerment, social welfare, rural development or related fields for at least two years with in unblemished record of service;
