Section 10(1) in Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Act, 2011
(1)So much of the electoral roll for any Assembly Constituency in force on the last date of nominations for the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Sabha election as relates to the area comprised within a constituency as defined in clause (b) of section 2 shall, subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, be the electoral roll for the election of Members from that constituency.
