Section 187 in The Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959
187. Provision for removal of difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by an order published in the Official Gazette, do anything not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act which appear to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
