(1)Any prospective adoptive parents or child or any person on his behalf, aggrieved due to non-selection for adoption because of the opinion of Specialized Adoption Agency or issues related to eligibility of the prospective adoptive parents or of the child to be adopted or regarding the documentation relating to the prospective adoptive parents or the child, such as, Home Study Report or health status of the prospective adoptive parents, the Child Study Report and Medical Examination Report, may approach the Authority.
