                 PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a
                 Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 & 2 herein to issue letter of permission
                 to the petitioner college for conducting BSMS Course under the 3rd respondent herein
                 from the academic year 2016-2017 and consequently permit the petitioner herein
                 both to participate in the counselling for admission conducted by respondents 3 and 4
                 and to have direct admission for BSMS course into the petitioner's college for the
                 academic year 2016-2017.
