This Original Application having been heard on 10 th April, 2018, the Tribunal
delivered the following order on the same day:
ORDER
By U.Sarathchandran, Judicial Member Applicant is aggrieved by Annexure A3 order of transfer which, according to him, is in violation of the Transfer Policy, a copy of which is produced as Annexure A1. It is seen that the applicant has submitted Annexure A4 representation to respondent No.2, for which no response has come forth. Hence he has approached 2 OA 341/18 this Tribunal.
2. After hearing Sri John Varghese, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri P.G.Jayan, learned ACGSC for some time, we feel that the OA can be disposed of at the admission stage itself by giving a direction to the respondents to consider the representation within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. In the meantime, the impugned order qua the applicant shall be kept in abeyance. The OA is disposed of as above. No order as to costs.
