Section 10(vii) in Haryana Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983
(vii)The Member Secretary shall allow the annual increment of all officers or employees the maximum of whose pay scale exceeds Rs. 2,500. The annual increments of other employees of the Board shall be allowed by an officer and officers authorized in this behalf by the Member Secretary;
