76. Notice of Lay-off.
- Whenever a workman whose 'lame is borne on the muster-rolls of an industrial establishment is laid-off by the employer, the employer shall immediately report in Form 'O' the information of such lay-off to the Labour Commissioner, the Conciliation Officer concerned and the Secretary to the Government of West Bengal, Labour Department.
