Section 21V(2) in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Rules, 1959
(2)The Chief Executive of the society concerned shall on the direction of [Conducting Officer] [Substituted by G.S.R. 1 dated 1.2.1997.] make payment in respect of expenditure incurred in connection with the election of the society.
