Section 23(1) in Mizoram Cooperative Societies Act, 2006
(1)Federal co-operatives for respective type, category or sector or co-operative unions consisting of primary or secondary co-operatives may be established and registered in accordance with the provisions of this Act in general and section 8, 9, 1 and 11 in particular.
