Section 26(4)(a) in The Rajasthan Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Ordinance, 2004

(a)For the State Level Sports Association listed in Schedule 'B' of the Ordinance, on the basis of the returns filed by the affiliated State Level Sports Associations with the Rajasthan State Sports Council and the record available with the Rajasthan State Sports Council based on such return on the date of commencement of this Ordinance.
