Section 24(1) in The Kerala Document Writers Scribes and Stamp Vendors Welfare Fund Act, 2012
(1)The Board shall get printed at the Government Press stamps of the value of fifty rupees inscribed as "the Kerala Document Writers', Scribes' and Stamp Vendors' Welfare fund Stamp", in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed.
