>Title: Demand to develop the various religious places and places of historical importance of Bihar as tourist centres by providing adequate infrastructure. श्री रघुनाथ झा (गोपालगंज):अध्यक्ष महोदय, बिहार में बौद्ध, जैन तथा सिख धर्म से संबंधित बहुत से पर्यटन स्थल हैं, जिसमें राजगीर, पावापुरी, नालन्दा, बौध गया, वैशाली, पटना हरमंदिर साहिब के नाम उल्लेखनीय हैं। वस्तुत: राजगीर, बौध गया एवं नालन्दा पूरे विश्व के बौद्ध धर्म के अनुयाइयों के लिए धार्मिक द्ृष्टिकोण से सर्वाधिक महत्वपूर्ण है। यदि यहां तक पहुंचने के लिए तीव्र एवं सुरक्षित आवागमन के साधन और ठहराव की आधुनिक सुविधाएं उपलब्ध हों तो ये संसार के सबसे लोकप्रिय पर्यटक स्थलों के समकक्ष आ सकते हैं। इस बुद्धिस्ट सर्किट की पर्यटन संबंधी उपरोक्त असीम क्षमता का दोहन करने के लिए जरूरी है कि इन प्रयटन स्थलों को आपस में जोड़ने के प्रयोजन से आधुनिकतम संचार एवं परिवहन सुविधाएं प्रदान की जाएं और पर्यटन संबंधी बुनियादी सुविधाएं, होटल, मनोरंजन पार्क, गोल्फ कोर्स आदि विकसित किए जाएं। इन स्थानों को बुद्धिस्ट सर्किट के उत्तर प्रदेश और नेपाल स्थित कुशीनगर, सारनाथ, लुम्बिनी स्थलों को भी सड़क एवं वायु मार्ग से जोड़ने की आवश्यकता है। महोदय, इसी प्रकार सीतामढ़ी, बाल्मिकी नगर, बक्सर, सीताकुंड हैं, जहां भगवान राम और उनसे जुड़े हुए ऐतिहासिक एवं पौराणिक व्यक्तियों की कर्मभूमि है। इन स्थलों को बुद्धिस्ट सर्किट के पैटर्न पर रामायण सर्किट के रूप में विकसित किए जाने की आवश्यकता है। इसके अतरिक्त सोनपुर का विश्व प्रसिद्ध हरिनाथ क्षेत्र का पशु मेला, शेरशाह सूरी का सासाराम स्थित मकबरा, मधुबनी पेंटिंग विक्रमशीला का प्राचीन विश्वविद्यालय, लौरेरिया का अशोक स्तंभ, भीम बांध और बेगूसराय का जयमंगलागढ़ा (शक्तिपीठ), गोपालगंज का थावें स्थित शक्तिपीठ आदि अनेकों ऐसे स्थल हैं, जिनकी पर्यटन संबंधी संभावनाओं को विकसित करने में भारत सरकार शत-प्रतिशत सहयोग देकर विकसित करे, यह मैं मांग करता हूं। …( व्यवधान )
