Section 21(5) in The Maharashtra Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Rules, 1964
(5)The proceeding of the Committee shall be recorded under signature of the Chairman in a register to be kept for the purpose which shall be open for inspection by any member of the Committee at a reasonable time.
