Section 20(ii) in The M.P. Employees' State Insurance (Medical Benefit Services System) Rules, 1959
(ii)maintain a medical record in respect of such insured persons allotted to the dispensary or to the Insurance and supplied by the Corporation for the purposes and in accordance with the instructions issued by the Corporation in this behalf from time to time; and
