Section 37(1) in Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority Building Rules, 2013
(1)After the water connection is sanctioned under rule 36 the applicant shall excavate the trench in a safe manner at the place from where connection from the water main has been sanctioned and thereafter supply pipe line shall be drilled and ferrule and connection pipe shall be laid.
