Section 17(1) in Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014
(1)Subject to the provision of subsection(2) the Authority may by resolution direct that any power exercisable by it under the Act or rules or standing orders made thereunder may also be exercised by the Executive Committee or the Commissioner or Local body or officer of the Government, in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein.
