Section 5(10) in The Milk and Milk Product Order, 1992
(10)[ Separate registration certificate shall be obtained in respect of each undertaking or establishment or unit if the holder of the registration certificate carries on business in milk or milk production in more than one premises:Provided that there shall be no need to separate registration so long as no independent business activities are carried on in these premises.
