% 19.04.2022 C.M.No.33721/2018 Present application has been filed by the petitioners/applicants for amendment of the present writ petition in view of the subsequent developments that have taken place as well as for striking off the pleadings of respondent no.2. However, learned counsel for the petitioner-applicants only places the relief with regard to amendment of the writ petition.

Learned counsel for respondent no.2/non-applicant fairly states that the present application be allowed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of respondent no.2. Accordingly, the present application insofar as it seeks amendment of the writ petition is allowed, subject to just exceptions and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of respondent no.2.
