Section 19A(1) in Rajasthan Opium Smoking Prohibition Act, 1950
(1)Whenever the State Government is of the opinion that it is necessary to do so, it may, in consultation with the High Court, establish by notification in the Official Gazette, a Special Civil Court for the institution, hearing and determination of suits and other proceedings of a civil nature in respect of any matter of public importance.
