Section 7(2)(g) in The Bihar and Orissa Excise Act, 1915

(g)permit the delegation by the Board, the Commissioner of a division, the Excise Commissioner or the Collector, to any persons or classes of persons specified in such notification, of any powers conferred or duties imposed upon it or him by under this Act.
