4 14-11-2014This Application for contempt of the Court has been made by the petitioner in C.W.J.C. No. 20240 of 2012 for failure to compliance with the direction issued by this Court on 5th April 2013.
In answer to the notice issued by this Court, the respondents have appeared and contested the petition. The 2 Patna High Court MJC No.4620 of 2013 (4) dt.14-11-2014 2/2 respondents have placed on record the order dated 16th May 2013 made in compliance with the direction issued by this Court.
Learned advocate Mr. Dudhnath Singh has appeared for the petitioner. He states that the aforesaid order dated 16th May 2013 is not a correct order.
Be that as it may, the order having been made in compliance with the direction issued by this Court, no case of contempt of the Court is made out.
If the petitioner is not satisfied with the said order, he may avail of the available remedy.
M.J.C. is disposed of.
