Section 41 in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
41. Recruitment by advertisement.
- For the purpose of recruitment of Teachers and officers of the University, an advertisement shall be made at least in two leading newspapers, and for the purpose of recruitment of other employees of the University, the mode of advertisement shall be such as may be prescribed by the Executive Council.
