Section 45(1) in Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018
(1)Subject to such rules as may be made under the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Government, shall fix and may alter the number, designations and grades of and the salaries, fees and allowances payable to such employees of a Gram Panchayat as may be prescribed.
