- When the court fee paid on an appeal is found to correspond with the court fee paid and accepted in the court below, no further enquiry need be made unless from the paper filed with the appeal, or on account of any amendment of the law relating to court fees, it appears that the court fee has not been correctly assessed on the appeal and that a stamp of different amount is required on the appeal [or receipt of payment made through e-payment system is required to be produced].
