Section 106(2) in Rajasthan District Board Account Rules
(2)In the case of counterfoil receipts, tickets, licence etc., by means of which the District Board dues are collected the entries in columns No. 4 and 8 of the stock book shall clearly indicate the printed book number of the books received and issued in order to keep a complete check on their use. The books shall be issued in serial order and when the books of counterfoils are received back a note to this effect shall be made in the remarks column under the dated initials of the record-keeper.
