3. Framing of Scheme.
(1)The Government may by notification frame a scheme to be called the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016.] Self Help Groups (SHG) Women Co-contributory Pension Scheme.(2)The Government may by notification add to, amend or vary the scheme.Chapter - III Self Help Groups Women Co-Contributory Pension Scheme.
