Section 3 in Appointments Committee of The Panchayat Union Councils (Election of Members) Rules, 1997
3. Holding of election of member.
- The election of a member to the Committee shall be held in the office of the Panchayat Union and shall be from among the elected members of the Panchayat Union Council at a meeting specially convened for the purpose.
