Section 17(1) in The Orissa Water Supply and Sewerage Board Act, 1991
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the Board may give such directions to any local body, with regard to the implementation of any water supply or sewerage scheme financed by its, as it thinks fit.
