Payment of travelling allowances to Chairman, Vice-Chariman and Members of the school board. - The Chairman, Vice-Chairman and members of the school board may be paid allowances for expenses incurred by them in travelling for the purposes of the business of the school board at such rates and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
[47A. Audit. - (1) The accounts of a school board shall be examined and audited at such intervals, in such manner and by such agency as may be prescribed.(2)Every school board shall published the audit notes with the replies thereto on its administration report.]
