2. Shri Uttam Maheshwari, Counsel for respondent no.3 It is submitted by the Deputy Advocate General for respondents 1 and 2 that the reply and the additional reply has been filed in the case.The respondent no.3 had already been filed reply.
Shri P.K.Kaurav, the Dy.Advocate General, appearing for respondents 1 and 2, submitted that the petitioners have not closed their institutions till date .
To this, Shri Gulati submitted that as per his intimation all the petitioners are running institutions as there was no interim order in this regard in the matter.
Considering aforesaid and after hearing the parties, we direct thus:
(1) All the petitioners to close their institutions by tomorrow( 08.03.2011) and shall not reopen their institutions till the decision of this petition.
(2) In case, if any of the institutions of the petitioners is found running after tomorrow, the respondents shall be entitled to lodge an FIR as per order dated 10.1.2011 issued by the State Government, Higher Education Department bearing letter No.28/PS/3985/10/38.3 and take proper action against the erring institutions. But in case, the institutions are closed by tomorrow, the interim order dated 2.2.2011 to continue till 31st March, 2011.
