Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the respondent brought to the notice of this Court, that they have communicated vide letter dated 15.03.2017 to produce two recent passport size photograph and Demand Draft, as earlier Demand Draft sent by the petitioner, is outdated because of the delay in the process.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he is ready with passport size photographs as well as the new Demand Draft. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to send the same by Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due today itself and the respondent, on receipt of the same, shall pass orders and comply with the order dated 14.11.2016 in WP.No.38138 of 2016 within one week from the date of receipt of the Demand Draft and photographs.
3. The Contempt petition is closed with the above direction.
4. Post the matter after three weeks for Reporting Compliance.
