Section 302 in Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012
302. State Special Notary.
- The State Government may appoint a State Special Notary for the State of Goa, who shall have powers of superintendence and control over the District Special Notaries and the Special Notaries.
