Section 224(1) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Orissa Legislative Assembly
(1)The Speaker may authorise printing, publication, distribution or sale of any paper, document or report in connection with business of the Assembly or any paper, document or report laid on the table of the Assembly or presented to the Assembly or a Committee thereof.
