Section 36 in Gujarat Panchayats (Second Amendment) Act, 1963
36. Amendment of section of 115 Guj. VI of 1962.- In section 115 of the principal Act, the following proviso shall be added at the end, namely:-
"Provided that in such circumstances and subject to such condition as may be prescribed, a decision on any question before a committee may be taken by circulating the propositions therefor for the totes of members."
