Section 19 in Haryana Civil Services (Compassionate Financial Assistance or Appointment) Rules, 2019
19. Fixed Medical Allowance.
- The family of deceased Government employee shall, during the tenure of Compassionate Financial Assistance, be entitled to avail the benefit of fixed medical allowance or reimbursement of medical expenses at the rate prescribed from time to time on the same terms and conditions as prescribed by Haryana Government for their employees in service.
