Section 45B in The Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934
45B. Power of Bank to collect credit information.—
The Bank may—(a)collect, in such manner as it may think fit, credit information from banking compaines; and(b)furnish such information to any banking company in accordance with the provisions of section 45D.
