Section 11(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Habitual Offenders Act, 1976
(1)If in the opinion of the Government it is necessary or expedient in the interest of the general public so to do, the Government may, subject to the provisions of sub-section (4), by order direct that any registered offender shall be restricted in his movements to such area, and for such period not exceeding three years, as may be specified in the order.
