Section 15(3) in The Bihar Bhoodan Yagna Act, 1954
(3)If such land has before the commencement of this Act been granted to any person in pursuance of the Bhoodan Yagna, it shall, with effect from the date of grant, be deemed to have been granted to such person under Section 14 subject to the restrictions and conditions imposed thereunder.
