Section 29(1) in Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development (General) Rules, 1995
(1)An appeal against an order passed under section 67 shall be, in writing, signed by the applicant or his duly authorised agent and shall be accompanied by the following documents, namely:-(i)a certified copy of the order appealed against;(ii)a precise statement of the facts of the case;(iii)statements of facts and law in support of the case; and(iv)any other material document of evidentiary value relied upon.
